Who is this program for?
Aspiring personal chefs, caterers, and food entrepreneurs who want to build profitable, professional culinary businesses with real systems and structure.

Do I need professional experience or a culinary degree?
No.  A strong passion for cooking and willingness to learn the business side of the culinary industry is enough.  We teach both skill-set and strategy.

What if I miss a class?
Live attendance is strongly encouraged as each session will provide you with invaluable materials. It's a fast paced course where participation is key to your success. 

How much learning outside of the classroom should I expect?
Approximately 3-5 hours per week for assignments, planning, practice and eventually kitchen labs 

Are payment plans available?
Payment may be made in full ($900),  weekly installments of $150 (due each Monday before class) or Square After Pay will be available.

Will I receive a certification?
Yes. Upon completion of the six-week program our graduates earn the
Certified Culinary Business Professional (CCBP) certificate of completion.
 

How is this different from culinary school?
We pick up on real world operations, focusing on the business operations, pricing and clients - a skill set not taught in formal education but essential in this industry.

What happens after completion of the course?
Upon completion of the course you will be a featured vendor at our graduation showcase event. You will leave the course with the systems, confidence and clear path to excel in your business and lifelong network connections.
